LaMarr Jones

– Founder & CEO, ELJAY Enterprises, Inc.

LaMarr is Founder & CEO of ELJAY Enterprises Inc. (EEI), a diversified holding company focused on investing in value creating business models in the following sectors: Media & Entertainment, Business Services, Financial Services and Commercial Real Estate Services. EEI invest in both early stage and mature businesses led by a team of serial entrepreneurs that have created and sold businesses in a variety of business cycles and industries. In addition to his responsibilities at EEI, LaMarr also serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investment Committee at a private family office, where he has overseen private equity and commercial real estate investments since 2018. Over the course of his 25 years, LaMarr has invested over $500 million in approximately 72 companies in a wide array of industries and asset classes. He began his professional career at Citi Global Markets (formerly Salomon Smith Barney) in the New York, Menlo Park and London offices where he led deal teams in the Financial Institutions, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups, advising clients on transactions totaling over $6 billion in value during his tenure at the firm. He holds a B.A. in Finance from Morehouse College.

Naomi Brown

– Founder & President, STAR Facility Services, Inc.

Naomi D. Brown is a coveted hospitality industry executive with 25 years+ of operations, financial management, and human resource experience. She is the founder of STAR Enterprises Inc, a company that provides facilities, janitorial, construction clean-up, and staffing services to 50+ luxury boutique hotels including Marriott, Hilton, Kimpton, and Starwood properties. STAR also services several commercial businesses and government entities across the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania areas. She recently graduated from the prestigious Project 500 business development program (now 1863 Ventures) and was invited to Capitol Hill for the HBCU Roundtable. Naomi earned her BA from Spelman College, MBA studies at University of Phoenix and several professional certificates from Georgetown University and Howard University.

Aaron Graf

– Chief Operating Officer, STAR Facility Services, Inc.

Aaron Graf is a serial entrepreneur with an expertise in sales force development and operations management. In Aaron’s latest role as Executive Director at Nehemiah HDFC, an affordable housing development company, he has grown the firm from conceptual idea to a multifamily development pipeline of 3,700 units across the eastern US corridor. Mr. Graf created all the necessary legal, internal processes, infrastructure, and hired all operating staff. Mr. Graf is also the co-founder of LG Fairmont Group, a tech-enabled residential brokerage firm focused on Manhattan and Brooklyn. The firm successfully raised multiple investment funding rounds and has completed over $1.8 billion dollars in real estate transaction volume. Mr. Graf exited LG Fairmont in 2022 via acquisition by Compass, Inc. ($COMP).
Prior to LG Fairmont, Mr Graf founded AJG Capital Group. AJG capital group provided advisory services to real estate developers, as well as successfully developed multiple condominium projects in Brooklyn. AJG Capital also assisted the FDIC in the winding down of $500 million in distressed assets of failed depository banking institutions during the Great Financial Crisis (GFC). Mr. Graf holds an MBA from Columbia Business School where he was a Toigo Fellow and a Pension Real Estate Association Fellow. Mr. Graf holds a B.A. in Economics from Kenyon College where he was a Merit Scholar.
